Among the services offered:

·         Property management/caretaking for absent property owners – key holders providing weekly check visits plus inspections after storms.  Additional maintenance and repairs as required.

·         Winterising and preparing for homecoming.

·         Woods clearance and tree cutting carried out in Arne’s sympathetic manner.

·         Earth moving and landscaping on special request.

·         Lawn mowing, tree and shrub pruning.  General gardening and maintenance.

·         Painting, decorating both inside and out.

·         Snow and ice clearing.

·         Project management for absent owners who are having major building work carried out.  Susan’s experience in project management ensures good communication between owner, builder and suppliers.

·         Other services too numerous to list – just ask.
