It is probably worth mentioning that some of the photos were taken in artificial light - giving some of the paper the appearance of a yellow tint.  In reality, most of the paper is quality white acid free and if you are interested in a particular piece, just contact me and I will supply more accurate photos.
Thank you.

Filled sketch-books can be purchased - just ask.

THE PORTFOLIO COLLECTION
Note - in most cases I have indicated the drawing medium used.  Crayon refers to quality artists' Derwent coloured pencils.
Conté refers to the drawing pencil  named after Nicolas-Jacqes Conté , the French scientist who invented it late in the 18th century.
The conté crayon is an especially hard pencil, made of a mixture of graphite and clay that can be varied for different degrees of hardness.
It is usually made in black, red, brown, grey and white and is used as a drawing medium in any combination of these colours.
I have favoured this medium since being introduced to it at Art School in the 1970s.

Most of the pieces in this collection are 24" x 18" and are on quality acid free paper.
